Ore, giorni e settimane di duro lavoro per costruire un unica serata benefica dal titolo “Divertirsi per bene”. Il risultato più visibile? Jazz d’autore, balletti raffinati, cocktail e catering, sfilate di moda, convegni medici e testimonianze di pazienti.Il risultato più importante? La risposta positiva e sensibile del pubblico e di tutti gli “attori” protagonisti di questa serata, che racchiudeva in sè un nobile scopo, raccogliere fondi per la ricerca contro la SLA, malattia di cui si sa troppo poco.E’ stato così allora che da una mia idea e dalla calorosa collaborazione di persone e amici sensibili alla causa che musica, arte, cucina e moda hanno costruito quella che è stata una splendida serata di spettacolo.

Ma facciamo un passo indietro…Ottenuta la disponibilit� del teatro San Domenico grazie al presidente Umberto Cabini ed ai suoi collaboratori, abbiamo curato la parte “formativa” ottenendo l’appoggio morale molto significativo di Mario Melazzini (direttore scientifico del centro Nemo e presidente AISLA) che seppur affetto dalla malattia ha espresso quanto la forza e il coraggio oltre alla ricerca, siano d’appoggio per affrontare una malattia come la SLA; con lui Alberto Fontana (presidente del centro Nemo), Massimo Corbo (direttore clinico del centro) , Riccardo Tommasi (primario di Neurologia a Crema) ed il professor Vincenzo Silani, noto ricercatore e primario, da molti anni impegnato nella lotta contro la SLA.

Un caloroso abbraccio a tutti voi amici del web! Gli impegni ormai si sovrappongono e diventa sempre più difficile per me trovare tempo per chiacchierare con voi attraverso il blog, ma ricordatevi di scrivermi quando volete, senza esitare!

Oggi vi voglio raccontare uno dei più importanti eventi a cui ho partecipato, il “Terrazza MARTINI”. L’occasione era importante, la presentazione del libro “cucinoterapia” di Roberta Schira, personale amica con cui ho collaborato alla stesura di una parte del libro riguardante una delle mie ultime creazioni: i cocktail terapeutici.
L’evento è stato presentato dalla scrittrice Alessandra De Vizzi supportata dal noto critico culinario nonchè conduttore di “mela verde” Edoardo Raspelli; e per accompagnare R.Schira verso il suo ennesimo successo ho deciso di preparare alcuni dei miei migliori cocktail terapeutici come il Kundalini, il prendimi l’anima, lo zhili e l’ormai noto bokka-tini, . Per rendere ancora più frizzante la presentazione, lo chef cremasco Roberto Magnani del ristorante “Cuccagna” di Dovera, ha deliziato il palato dei presenti. Gli ospiti sono stati numerosi ma sopratutto soddisfatti dell’idea proposta dal libro che è stato possibile assaporare anche direttamente all’evento. Tra i tanti amici presenti ho trovato anche il grandissimo Allan Bay e Davide Oltolini di Gambero Rosso che come me hanno presenziato a questo splendido evento.

In compagnia del mio staff, a fine maggio ,siamo stati ospiti di RG commerciale, azienda che forisce oggettistica varia per alberghi, hotel e bar. La performance che abbiamo preparato è stata varia, accattivante e ben organizzata. In questi mesi di stagione, l’incasso del caffè del teatro è stato tutto devoluto all’acquisto di una incubatrice trasportabile destinata al reparto di pediatria dell’ospedale di Crema.
